Terms of use

1. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold or transferred.
  • You must not use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots or any tool that hides who or where you are.

2. Points

  • You earn points when a survey partner confirms that you completed a survey or task. 1,000 points have a value of US$1.00 when redeemed as a reward.
  • Points are a loyalty reward, not money: they cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and they have no cash value except through the rewards offered on the site.
  • New points are pending while the partner verifies them. Partners may cancel a completion (for example for inconsistent or rushed answers, or duplicate participation); the related points are then removed, even if already available. If your balance becomes negative, cash-outs are blocked until it is positive again.
  • Each survey partner decides who qualifies for its surveys. Screen-outs are normal and give no or few points.
  • Bonuses (boosts, invites, free spins, promo codes) follow the rules shown on the site at the time. Bonus points can only be cashed out once you have earned the minimum shown on the cash-out page from surveys or tasks. Bonuses are always free; you can never spend points on a game of chance.
  • Points on an account with no login for 12 months may expire. We will email you 30 days before.

3. Invites

  • You can invite up to 2 friends. When an invited friend has earned 1,000 points, you receive extra points equal to 10% of their later confirmed earnings. This never reduces your friend's points.
  • Inviting yourself, family members on the same device, or fake accounts is not allowed.

4. Cash-outs

  • Rewards are delivered by our partner Tremendous by email. Available rewards, minimums and fees are shown on the cash-out page.
  • Cash-outs may be reviewed by a human before they are sent, usually within 2 business days. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
  • Once a reward is delivered to your email it cannot be exchanged. Check that your email address is correct.

5. Fraud

If we have serious reasons to believe that points were obtained by fraud or by breaking these terms, we may cancel those points, refuse the related cash-out, and close the account. Such decisions are made by a human; you will be told the reason and can contest it by writing to [email protected].

6. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Before closing, you can cash out your available points if you reached the minimum.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the site available but cannot guarantee that surveys will always be available to you or that you will qualify for them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms; important changes are announced by email at least 15 days in advance. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
